6. How to change my avatar?
   First, move your mouse to SETTING section and click at “CHANGE AVATAR” Then, you can choose your new avatar from our library or your computer.
7. How to change my password?
   First, move your mouse to SETTING section and click at “CHANGE MY PASSWORD”
   Then, put your current password into CURRENT ACCOUNT, and type new password in NEW PASSWORD.
8. How to rate articles on Ezine9?
   We encourage users to rate articles on our site. You may rate article based on our editorial guidelines and other indications like grammar mistakes, information usefulness, accuracy, writing tone, structure, word choosing. You should try to rate objectively.
9. Does each member have limited article submission?
   We do not limit the amount of articles you submit. We encourage you to share knowledge as much as you can!
10. I see my article on Ezine9 but I do not submit it myself. What should I do?
    If you found any plagiarized article on Ezine9, please contact us via email contact@Ezine9.com and send us the links to your original article and illegally copied one.
11. I see my article republished on other site without following TERMS & CONDITIONS. What should I do?
    You should contact the webmaster of the site and ask them to take all actions to remove your article from their site or fully follow our TERMS & CONDITIONS

II. Submitting Articles:

1. How long does it take to have my article reviewed?
   Your article submission will be reviewed within 48 hours by our in-house editor teams. You will get a notification email when your submission is approved or rejected.
2. How to place or edit links on my article?
   
   • Step 1: If you want to edit links on your finished article, please go to your account, and then choose to edit it. If you are writing a new article, keep it to go ahead.
   • Step 2: Select anchor text of the link you would like to modify.
   • Step 3: Click at the INSER/EDIT LINK icon in the editing tools
   • Step 4: Now you can edit Link URL, Anchor, Target, Title and Class.
3. How to change article’s category:
   
   • Step 1: Go to your account, choose the article you would like to modify and click “EDIT” button
   • Step 2: Change the category as you want and click at “SUBMIT ARTICLE”
4. My article be submitted more than one category?
   Choosing more than one category for an article is not allowed. You should select the most suitable category for your article.
5. How to add picture on my article:
   
   • Step 1: Place the cursor at the place you would like to add image
   • Step 2: Click at INSERT / EDIT IMAGE in the editing tools
   • Step 3: Put image URL or browse it from your computer. Image description and title is not required. Then click “INSET” button.
6. Why was my article rejected?
   If your article violate our Editorial Guidelines, it will be rejected. In case you feel that you thoroughly follow our TERMS & CONDITIONS, please contact us via email contact@Ezine9.com. Then we will review your article and get back to you promptly.
